Canada Post strike Update
During this time, Tru Earth will utilize alternative carriers to ensure orders are delivered. Orders destined for P.O. boxes, remote locations, and Airstage locations may be delayed until the strike concludes or canceled upon request.

If you live in an area only serviced by Canada Post, follow the steps below to ensure minimal disruptions to your deliveries:
  1. If you typically ship to a P.O. box, update your shipping address to a CIVIC address (e.g., home, business, or a friend/family member's address).
  2. Double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure it has been updated properly.
Please Note:
  • There shouldn't be an impact on orders not destined for a P.O. box, Airstage location, or remote area, as Tru Earth will rely on other carriers.
  • For orders already in the Canada Post network, please expect delays. Tru Earth cannot guarantee the timing of delivery with Canada Post during this time.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Shipping charges can vary depending on a number of factors including item quantity, size, weight, and destination. Under certain conditions, Tru Earth may offer you free shipping*. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Your shipping location will determine the currency at which you are billed. Pricing for orders shipped to a location inside Canada will be listed in CAD. Pricing for orders shipped to a location inside the US will be listed in USD. Prices may adjust to your local currency if we offer transactions in that currency.

All prices are subject to applicable taxes/VAT. Import fees may apply for orders shipped to addresses outside Canada and the US. The customer is responsible for import fees.
